Tailored for amateur golfers looking to improve their game and their health, this golf-fitness experience features EXOS' elite training programs that were previously available only to professional athletes.

This immersive program takes an in-depth look at your nutrition, movement, flexibility, and risk for injury, and also includes fully integrated TrackMan club data measurements and 3D body-motion-capture evaluations. EXOS utilizes all this information to not only create a customized and valuable experience while in the facility, but provides you with deliverables to take with you that no one else in this industry is offering. After three days of evaluation and training at EXOS and Troon North® Golf Club, you’ll receive a personally-tailored fitness program designed to optimize your golf performance and personal health for a lifetime.

Students receive the pro treatment with hands-on instruction with EXOS' integrated team of golf instructors, performance specialists, registered dietitians, and physical therapists.
