## Let's move the needle forward together!

At Exos, we continue to research and test new ideas with the goal of moving the needle in the industry of human performance. In this case, understanding female physiology has been an under-researched area in the field of performance for far too long. So at Exos, we hope to jump start this effort with our Exos Female Physiology Questionnaire Study.

Now you can contribute to this important research by participating in the study today.

## What is the purpose of this study?

The study will aim to:
- Understand females’ experiences, knowledge, perceptions, practices, and attitudes around female physiology including the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and perimenopause.
-Assess the baseline knowledge of what females of reproductive age know regarding the menstrual cycle and perimenopause.
- Understand the willingness that females of reproductive age have towards engaging in cycle-based education and training.
- Understand the willingness of perimenopausal females towards engaging in perimenopausal-based education and training.
- Understand how to best support females in the workplace by:
- Understand what full-time employed females of reproductive age experience and feel throughout the four phases of their menstrual cycle.
- Understand what full-time employed perimenopausal females experience and feel throughout this life stage.

The data collected will help support the research and development of future premenopausal and perimenopausal specific programming.
