Exos is Powering Up in Plano
PLANO, Texas – Oct. 23, 2024 – Exos, the global leader in human performance development and coaching, is combining two exceptional facilities, just a few miles apart in North Texas, to offer clients the best access and convenience to top-tier amenities in one location in Plano. Exos in Frisco is moving all training and services to an existing Exos facility at Children’s Health℠ Andrews Institute in Plano, effective Nov. 18. Through this transition, athletes at Exos Plano at Andrews Institute will have access to expansive outdoor turf, new Keiser weight room equipment, a biomechanics lab, men’s and women’s locker rooms, on-site cafe, integrated physical therapy and nutrition services, and recovery technologies.
