Exos Acquires Infinite Athlete and Its Subsidiary Biocore to Shape the Future of Human Performance

(October 30, 2025) - Exos, the global leader in human performance, today announced the acquisition of sports technology company, Infinite Athlete and its subsidiary Biocore. The company and acquisition is backed by private equity firms BDT & MSD Partners and Madrone Capital Partners.
Infinite Athlete and Biocore will operate under the Exos brand, guided by a high-caliber leadership team with deep expertise in sports, technology, health and safety, and performance innovation. The transaction unites Exos founder Mark Verstegen, Infinite Athlete founder Charlie Ebersol, and Biocore founder Dr. Jeff Crandall, each bringing decades of experience and vision to the future of human performance, with Dan Burns leading the organization as chief executive officer.
